Linear Drains can be either rectilinear or curvilinear, but what distinguishes it from the Trench Drains is its limited sizing in terms of the length, width and it is generally shallow in depth.

Application: They are best suited for floors that are small in terms of surface area and that are not subjected to heavy water use intensity.
